Singtel is the encumbent national operator for Singapore, providing both fixed and mobile network services across the country. It prides itself in offering the latest technology to its technically savvy customer base, and is often one of the first in the region to launch new products to market.
Singtel offer CallZone, a femtocell service targetted primarily at businesses, which offer free in-country calls for a monthly fee since 2010.

SingTel launched the CallZone service for businesses in 2010. It requires 10 Mbit/s ADSL connection or similar wireline broadband connectivity in the office. The femtocell is installed and setup by the operator.
Prices in Singapore Dollars:
- Price $323 plus adaptor $21. Non-refundable.
- Installation $53.50
- Monthly price of $53.50 for one user, $26.75 for additional users which allows unlimited calls to national numbers/mobiles
- Normal charges for non-voice services apply, such as SMS, MMS and data
- Bundled airtime is charged/used up first, in preference to the unlimited CallZone allowance.
The femtocell appears to be open access to any Singtel mobile subscriber, but the free local call charges only apply to those registered with the service and paying the monthly fee.
