This back-office functionality typically requires some configuration and adaption to fit in with each network operator's own systems. The format and design of customer self-care screens is likely to require some adaption. The M-Sensis platform is designed to be easily configurable and therefore a lower cost/lower risk option than a complete custom software project. The company provides professional services to install, configure and enhance the system to meet specific requirements. The system is believed to be installed at Vodafone Greece and Vodafone Netherlands supporting Huawei femtocell systems deployed there. More information can be found on their website
