The company was founded in 2008 by Li Jun, former COO at Commit, a now-defunct TDS-CDMA chipset vendor, who attracted other Commit staff to the new company. We said in April 2008 that we believe femtocell TDS-CDMA technology is unlikely to be used much outside China .
