Its main product line is the iBox, which incorporates xDSL modem, WiFi and Voice over IP (VoIP). It also offers IPTV as part of a home media system (displaying photos, music and home video on your TV), and features to automate your home (lighting and heating controls etc). SFR France (originally part owned by Vodafone but now entirely owned by Vivendi) selected Bewan as one of their two suppliers for DSL modems. On June 2009, Bewan announced integration of femtocell technology into its iBox product line .

Based in the outskirts of Paris, France, Bewan systems specialises in home gateways. Founded in 1996, the privately owned firm invests strongly in R&D and has expertise in DSL, WiFi and VoIP. It is an active member of the Home Gateway Initiative (HGI), and is expanding its range to appeal to small businesses (SOHO, SME) in addition to its traditional domestic market.
